Meeting Place: Car park meeting area is on Library Lane near the park and library. See photo below. Look out for the Auckland Beagle Club flag. There are toilets here. PLEASE NOTE- WE GO RAIN HAIL OR SHINE!
Route: This walk is an easy mix of mainly flat boardwalks and paved paths. There is a children’s playground with a flying fox and ducks in the Lucas creek. Lovely trees and sculptures along the way.
Directions: From Auckland take Northern motorway and take exit 412 /route 31 (signs for Albany/Massey Uni/QBQ Stadium) then drive along Dairy Flat Highway/Albany expressway and turn left into Albany highway (29) and left into Library Lane at Albany Village. Look for carpark and Club Flag.
Walk Time: Approximately 50- 60 minutes.
On leash/Off leash: This is an on-leash area for the most part but there is a designated off leash (unfenced) area.
