Beagle Fun Day & Walk - Waiatarua Reserve, Remuera - 13 April 2025

Venue: Waiatarua Reserve, Grand Drive, Remuera
Time: 10:00am  
Meeting place: Entrance is from Grand Drive - on the corner of Grand Drive and Abbots Way. There are a public toilet and a playground by the carpark.

Please note - this is the lower carpark and is different from the upper carpark ( further up off Abbots Way) we have used in previous years. Look for the Beagle flag flying high in the Car Park. Toilets and a playground are located here. You can park on Abbots Way as well if the carpark is full . Also look out for the Club marquee which will be set up on the grass close to this carpark ( see middle photo below of the area the tent will be set up in).  

Walk starts at 10.00 and will just follow the path around the park and wetlands which will take approx. 50 mins. There is some opportunity for off leash if you wish. However, it is not fenced so you need to keep control of your dog.

After the walk there will be yummy cold meat and salads for lunch, along with sweet treats and drinks plus some fun and games for humans and hounds ( with prizes for the winners!). After lunch , we will draw the raffle with some amazing prizes to be won for you and your beagle.

Ray is selling raffle tickets which can be purchased on the day.
Raffle Tickets are $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00. Cash only so please bring some money if you want to enter.

Please note: The lunch is free for Club members otherwise it is a gold coin koha.

Please bring water and poo backs for your dog. This day will go ahead rain or shine!
