Route: Sanders Reserve has one of the few fenced dog parks in Auckland. The paths are mainly gravel and flat but there are a few moderate slopes. The walk has stunning views of the harbor and has a carved tree and seat known as the Seat of Life. There is also a small beach access point.

Directions: From the Northern motorway take the Albany expressway exit and continue onto Dairy Flat Hiway. Go through Albany village and turn left into The Avenue, which continues on as Paremeoremo Rd. Turn left into Merewhira Rd and left into Sanders Rd.

Walk Time: Approximately 60-90 minutes.
