AGM 2019

Date: Saturday 9 November 2019
Time: 2pm
Location: Manuka Room, Jet Park Hotel, 63 Westney Road, Mangere
(The room is on the ground floor of the hotel)

The meeting will take place in the Manuka Room which is on the ground floor of the hotel. There will be someone from the Club outside the room to direct you so you shouldn’t need to go to reception. There is car parking on site.

We are very lucky that Jet Park Hotel kindly welcomes our beagles to attend the meeting. However, obviously this is a working Hotel so we need to be respectful, but please feel free to bring your beloved four legged companions along. They cannot vote but they are the reason the Club exists so it will be wonderful to have them.

Afternoon tea (for humans) will be provided after the meeting. Please do come along and get involved in your Club. We always welcome input from members and would love to see some new faces on the committee.

AGM Agenda, Presidents, and Treasurers reports have been sent to all members of the club. However, if you haven’t received them, please contact the Secretary.

Also, for those of you who have not done so yet, membership fees for the coming year are now due. Any queries, please contact the Secretary.
